Real estate investing is about spotting and making use of the perfect opportunity at the right time. This mainly include places and states with top class infrastructure and high-end industrial projects that bring-in rapid growth, thus ensuring good returns on the money that you put-in to buy properties/flats/apartments/villas in the city. One of the most important port cities in South India, Cochin is the commercial capital of Kerala, and one of the fastest developing cities in the state. If statistics are to be believed, Cochin real estate market is all set to skyrocket, mainly due to the ongoing developments and expansions that have raised the city to a whole new level in the global business market. Kochi has been witnessing stable and commendable growth in industrial as well as IT sectors in the last few years, and owns one of the prestigious IT parks in the state, strategically located at Kakkanad, an upcoming business and residential location in the suburbs of Cochin City.
The proposed Kochi Metro Rail project is one among the recent development plans that has made a very hopeful and positive impact on Cochin real estate market, due to which Cochin real estate experts expect an average annual growth of 60 % in the coming years, which will help steadily increase the real estate market in Kochi. With more and more top IT companies making a beeline for Cochin City, and the Metro Rail project acting as the right catalyst to aid the transformation of the city, Cochin real estate will continue to witness steady rise in the property demands, in the coming years.
